Migrations with no downtime.
Staged migrations from legacy hosting to cloud, with a parallel run, tested rollback and a DNS cutover timed so visitors never see an outage.
Migrations go wrong in predictable ways — a cron job nobody documented, a hard-coded path, an email service that was never on the inventory.
So we inventory first, run both environments in parallel, and keep a rollback ready until the new one has proven itself.

Inventory, parallel run, then cutover
The risky part of a migration is rarely the files and the database. It is everything attached to the old environment that nobody wrote down: scheduled tasks, third-party IPs on an allow-list, mail routing, SSL for subdomains.
We build that inventory before touching anything, then stand the new environment up alongside the old one and run them in parallel until behaviour matches.
DNS is cut over at a quiet hour with TTLs lowered in advance, and the old environment stays available for a rollback window until we are all satisfied.

What’s included
Fixed scope agreed in writing before we start, so you know exactly what is delivered and when. Anything outside it is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.
- Full environment inventory
- Target architecture design
- Parallel run and data sync
- Tested rollback plan
- Low-TTL DNS cutover
- Post-migration monitoring

Why teams hand us the infrastructure
Hosting is usually someone's side job until the day it goes wrong. Here it is a dedicated team with a documented runbook, so there is no scramble when something breaks at 2am.
The people who manage your servers also built your website, which means no finger-pointing between a developer and a host when a page slows down.
You get root access and full ownership of everything, a monthly report of what changed, and a migration plan written down before anyone touches DNS.

Sized, migrated, maintained
We size the environment to real traffic, move you without downtime, then keep it patched and watched.
Plan
Traffic, storage and compliance needs mapped to the right environment.
Move
Staged migration with DNS cutover timed for zero downtime.
Optimise
Caching, CDN and database tuning so pages respond under load.
Support
Patching, backups, monitoring and a support line that answers.
Cloud Migration Services questions
Scope, timelines, ownership and what we need from your side.
It should not. The new environment is live and tested before DNS changes, and the cutover is scheduled for your quietest hour with lowered TTLs.
A standard site is a few days end to end. Complex applications with integrations and large databases typically take two to four weeks including the parallel run.
The old environment stays running for an agreed rollback window, so reverting is a DNS change rather than a rebuild.
Where it is part of the move, yes — but we usually recommend separating mail from web hosting entirely, and we will advise on that during the inventory.
